Carey School of Business, he began his career with the PGA of America in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, before moving to Truckee as a golf professional.

After just a year, Eric transitioned to the onsite real estate team at Schaffer’s Mill, gaining insider knowledge of the community’s design, development, and sales from the ground up. It was here he discovered his passion for real estate—helping guide the community’s success and managing over $100 million in transactions alongside some of Tahoe’s most respected builders and developers.

In 2018, Eric earned his California Broker’s License and has since become one of Truckee’s most trusted and accomplished realtors, holding record-breaking sales in both Schaffer’s Mill and Gray’s Crossing. As of Q3 2025, Eric and his team have represented 40 percent of all sales in Schaffer’s Mill, achieving over $24.2 million in volume this year alone—a milestone that firmly establishes him as the community’s market leader.

Originally from Boston, Jeanne traveled west to Truckee after graduating college and pursued her career in Resort Management which included Northstar, The Resort at Squaw Creek as Planning Manager and Senior Sales Manager for Summit DMC, Director of Member Relations and Communications for Tahoe Mountain Club at Old Greenwood and Grays Crossing, and Group Sales Manager for Tahoe Donner Association.  This experience has always complimented her Real Estate career along with her knowledge of the Truckee, Tahoe and Sierra Valley areas.

Truckee has been her home now for 30 years, primarily living within the Tahoe Donner Association, while raising her children along with her husband, a local teacher and fly-fishing guide.
